We needed to replace the on/off switch for the pump to our above ground pool. We were told it could be done the next day. We later got a call saying it could be done late that afternoon. Harold arrived around 4:30 PM and replaced the switch.

"dont understand the low review yes they called the office she made a time for the next day then we had a cancelation so my office called the homeowner and asked if we could swing by the same day so they could have there pool back like i said just dont get it"

They had problems getting the parts, but once they fixed the problem, they were here and ready to do the job. We ran into a couple of gittges, but they came back first thing Monday morning and fixed the problem, I'm very happy with their service.

Herald showed up and never informed me to purchase parts for his installation of an exhaust fan in my bathroom. My husband ran out to store to get the venting tube (5ft), which ended up being too short. He never said a word and pretended to hook it up, but it isn't vented to outside. Now I need another electrician!

"Customer wanted to buy material to keep costs down streched vent as far as i could hooked it up informed customer it was streched tight she asked why i dont keep vent parts on truck explained im an electrician not a duct man and we normally dont put vents in she called us once we returned her call twice left messages no response until this review with our company if it is not to your liking we will make every attempt to make it right and make it right but you cant please all the people i guess thank you for looking"

My only complaint is that he was late. However, I did appreciate his office phoning to inform me that he was running behind and would be arriving soon. The job was done quickly, professionally and was reasonably priced. A very pleasant man and easy to talk to.
