I m a new home owner and I ve hired Ken of DeVore s drain cleaning. Ken is a great guy and a hard worker that takes pride in his work. I initially called him about installing a hot water heater and he installed the heater fast and correct the first time he also repaired the gas line and copper pipes connected to the water heater. I had a leak in one of my bathrooms. He fixed the leak and pointed out some other repairs that would need to be fixed. He fixed them quickly and I still stayed on budget. Ken DeVore s customer service is great and his quality of work speaks for itself. We invited Ken to our house warming as well as cookouts in the summer. Lol Thanks for everything!!!! This is A.

One leak turned out to be several little problems. Ken was meticulous and actually did some research with a particularly difficult problem. He completed the job on a Saturday morning, and there was NO additional-surprise fee for completing the job. Also, he is extremely polite and respectful.

DeVore's came out to my house immediately. He had to break into concrete wall from the basement to run a gas line up to the kitchen. Devore did not have the tool to do the job when he came out but, returned the next day to start and finished the job. The price was a little more than I expected but the work was great.

Ken is a nice gentleman who did some plumbing for my Mom....she is very satisfied with his work & cleanliness! She said she would hire him again in the future if needed! Mr. Devore was very professional he stood by his work and his service and everything was done in a timely fashion just as he predicted, even with miscommunication on my end he worked it out and I'm satisfied. I will be using him in the future(hopefully no time soon though!!LOL)
