If I start, I don't know how long I will go on so I will just say if your looking for some landlord special quality of work, go with Brett. Otherwise save yourself and run. Deliberately misleading, hides work not done properly, breaks owners personal possessions, has a flock of subcontractors he doesn't monitor, insults your intelligence, badmouths customers in their own home and refuses to take accountability. I digress...years later I'm still finding and dealing with issues caused by them. I have sooooo many pictures if anyone wants to see his quality of work through the whole process.

Brett has kept me updated on all matters regarding materials, price and the construction process. I feel confident about my current project as well as my future project for this spring.

The work performed is excellent and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. There were a few minor communication issues along the way, which is why I rated customer service at a 4. Plus I always like to leave room for improvement if there is room for improvement. However, I never had any issues with callbacks or receiving information when requested. Overall, I'm very pleased with the end product and the process as a whole.

They were very responsive and patient with our schedule and our indecisiveness. Good quality work. We had a great open and clear dialogue to discuss options to meet our needs. It was clear what was gonna happen and when.

Great to work with, very responsive, VERY easy to work with. They showed up when they said they were going to and we are very impressed with the quality of work.

The contractor is very careless when fulfilling the selections (tile, cabinetry) and also ruined a window frame which will not be replaced. He also added a powder room, ignoring the selection made for faucet/handles, and substituted the originally agreed upon frosted glass door for an ugly white wood door in a small space. The wood framed on this hanging door is cracked and Brett will not respond after 4 attempts to communicate. Very untimely and poor communication.

Brett was retained to design and build a large deck, over our existing patio. The product delivered is of outstanding quality and workmanship, and is aesthetically a vast improvement to our home. Brett is very knowledgeable in all areas of materials, and construction, and was able to help us select the best solution for our needs.

Brett and John were good to work with. The basement looks great! Brett returned calls promptly and was very professional. I would recommend them highly!

Did a fantastic job remodeling our basement for the purpose of reselling our home. Helped us keep the costs down, while still getting nice results. Brett and John worked with us to get past some design problems and had good suggestions on how to handle things. Didn't hesitate to discuss the job with us and listened to our input. Will definitely hire them again.

Brett is very knowledgeable about decking and railings, and even made design suggestions that made alot of sense. He's able to answer all questions and provide clear explanations. He is very responsive with text and email. The project took longer than expected but that's what happens with custom railings. My Azek deck with Keylink horizontal cable railings turned out exquisite! Will definitely have DeWeese out to quote future projects. Thanks Brett!

Brett DeWeese is an honest and very capable project manager and builder. He is also very adept at design concepts. I will hire him again when a project comes up as he and his workers are trustworthy hard working very skilled people. I would recommend him and his company to anyone contemplating a project. He did not build me just another deck he built an outdoor living space that is both attractive, pleasing to the eye, while being practical and easy to maintain. His project is a great compliment to my home.

Always answered any questions and prompt to fix any problems. Workers always polite and helpful. Clean work, good quality and great communication.
