Jules C. Monday 1-26-26 I noticed the refrigerator contents were cool, not cold; the compressor was running. My wife called our home warranty company, AHS. The service call was assigned to DeWitt?s Appliance Repair. We were called Monday afternoon, appointment scheduled for Tuesday 1-27; the owner and technician checked the refrigerator, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts; condensor fan and motor and a defrost heater and sensor. The parts arrived Saturday 1-31; DeWitt?s called on Monday 2-2 and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 2-3. The Technician John arrived on schedule, promptly installed the parts, checked the operation; refrigerator was back in service. The experience from start to finish was pleasant; the entire staff was professional!

Quick to come out to make repair and collect money. Terrible if something goes wrong and not responsive.

started out good. ended horribly. They came out on April 17, 2021, and replaced the defective gasket on the bottle freezer because it was icing up and the icemaker unit because my ice maker was not working. That was a total cost of $400.00. There were two guys working and one was giving instructions to the other one. My refrigerator worked for about a week and stopped making ice again. I called them back out and when they came they talked to my husband and told him that they needed to order another part, Never knew what the other part was. That was in April. I have called several times and was told the part was on order and they would contact me when it came in. That was in early May. I called them today June 9 and got that stupid music they play and a recording.l I am out of 400.00 hard-earned dollars and I had to hire someone else to come out and repair my refrigerator. Do not know what that is going to cost but I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. I got them through Home Advisor and I did not call them, they called me. Had never heard of them and I wish and I had never responded to their call!

Could have better feedback on parts order.

I had an excellent experience. From the call from their customer service. To the time they came out and fixed my dryer. The person did an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

They came to me on a Saturday early evening, found the problem quickly, tracked down the needed part and then returned Monday morning to complete the repair. The techs wore their masks ! Very polite and friendly. I'll use them again .
