Abbey Carpet & Floor provided excellent service from the initial job evaluation and estimate to choosing materials, scheduling the appointment, and having the work completed. The all-new flooring in our family room looks great. We're delighted with the work and would highly recommend Abbey. Both Craig and Jillian provide outstanding customer service and follow up.

Wood Flooring Refinish
Very professional and efficient from start to finish. They took particular care in the critical areas around the edges where we had recently painted the baseboards.

The service level from sales to installation was probably one of the best I have seen from using Home Advisor

I had a nasty carpet wrinkle that I wanted to get fixed fast. Ken was very responsive on the phone. He quoted me a fair price and agreed to fit me in on the next day. Justin arrived on time and did the work quickly and meticulously. I then showed him a few other less conspicuous carpet wrinkles, which fixed in a jiffy. The final price was as quoted. I would definitely hire again!

Wood Flooring Refinish
Worked performed overall was OK, there were circular marks seen in multiple places. When asked about it, the answer was that they would settle and disappear in around three weeks. They never did. To they credit they did offer to redo the floor, but I don't know if I want to go through the hassle of redoing it. Bummer they did not get it right the first time.

Wood Flooring Refinish
Did an excellent job on the floors, but missed doing the stairs as originally requested. Not happy about that. Definitely go for the dustless option.

They came out the same day I called, and gave us an estimate that was much less than others who made us wait for estimates. Once I gave them the go ahead, there was still no waiting. They made a very quick and efficient job of it, including replacing the subfloor. They even did a great job with the clean up.

The floor men are very fixable and worked very hard to fit every request from customer. Over all, they did good job on my hardwood floor install. We are very appreciated all the effort they had made to get job done nicely.

Craig and his staff were great. He took the time to meet us and answer our questions. He showed us good quality carpets that were within our budget. The install and contact went very well and we will be happy to go back to them again. They have a wide selection of various materials for all rooms. We were impressed what they had to offer in what appears (at first) to be a small space but it opens up to lots of options.

Dealers Carpet delivered a competitive price with prompt delivery and installation. The installer was prompt, professional and completed the job within the commitment window. The only item of note was that we should have been advised to have covering for our furniture to keep free from the dust.
