The communication with this professional was terrible. Cleanliness was not a priority for him. I received an invoice with no company name on it. He stated that I needed to pay the full amount that day, and the check he requested that I write it to him personally and not to the business. He also damaged a door and the work was very sloppy for appearance. He also sprayed for insects without warning.

Terrible experience. Hired Mr. Dean to spray for roaches. Initial spraying did not help. Contacted Mr. Dean again for a return visit based on guarantee and he did not respond to my text messages or phone calls. Terrible service and he doesn't honor his guarantee. Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid this guy like the plague!

Ethan Dean did a fantastic job. He removed bats and moles from my property. I contacted Ethan and he came out the next afternoon. I found the company very affordable. I compared pricing with 4 other companies and he beat out the pricing by hundreds of dollars. He was much reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.
