The technician who performed the service on my system was friendly, outgoing, did the job promptly and my a/c and furnace are operating more smoothly, quietly and efficiently. I signed up for twice annual service and looking forward to the summer service during hot, air conditioning weather.

Our airconditioner had failed and we had company arriving for the weekend in a couple of days, so timing was important to us, They came out and inspected the unit gave us a quote for repair and for replace, we didn't get competitive quotes but knew from neighbours it was a fair price, we accepted , they juggled their schedules and installed it the next day, The workers were very tidy, as quiet as could reasonably be expected, polite, professional etc. The inspection was clean and he said they had done a good job.

Dean Fite saved me a lot of money. The first of the 3 Home Advisor outfits to call me (I won't state their name) said my AC unit was fried and non-repairable - quoting $4,000 for a new system or $700 for a used unit with 6 mo warranty. Dean Fite (the second to call me) offered a second opinion for no charge. The owner's son came (nice clean and attentive young man) and spent time to determine WHERE the short was - he identified it as one PART of the AC unit, which he replaced and repaired with a new part for $350. Good work, Dean Fite, thanks. You have a good son, too.
