Excellent all around. I was having an issue with my HVAC system that another contractor couldnt diagnose. I contacted Dean Hart first thing in the morning and they were there before lunch the same day. The problem was diagnosed and fixed without delay.

The guy that came out was very nice, and was able to arrive very early so I could still arrive to my job without being very late. I was able to get a 7:00am call and the man was right on time. They were great for making things work on my time line. Did not have to wait on that usual 2 to 4 hour window.

Excellent. Very honest - took the time to test the equipment & answer all our questions. A different company we used said it would cost $ 1300 to repair and tried to sell us a whole new unit for $6,500. Andy from Dean Hart was very honest and repaired the unit the same afternoon for several hundred. Saved us thousands! We will use them again in future.

He pinpointed the problems that had to be dealt with, patiently answered my many questions , and did a great job saving our system.
