Hire Dean Parks if almost done right is what you are looking for. They did respond quickly and showed up on time. They did not however finish the job to my satisfaction, specifically they left a 20' section of 3' to 4' icicles hanging from our gutters, called it good, and asked to be paid in full. The section where they left icicles hanging is where we experienced leakage and damage to the interior ceilings. When I talked to Dean he said "Oh they weren't done yet." So if you want someone who will quit 15 minutes from being done, who asks to be paid in full, and never returns, then go with Dean

"I could not do the job in question, as I was way too busy to get there in a timely manner. I gave the homeowner a phone number of someone who was capable, in my opinion, to do the work. The homeowner met with, hired, and paid this person to do the job. I received NO MONEY in any way from anyone in regards to this job. I regret you are unhappy with his services and also the homeowners daughter giving ME a bad review! (I was SHOCKED and AMAZED that someone would give me a bad rating for a job I never did, I strive to give my customers 110 percent -as my reviews from my customers show) Sincerely, Dean Parks"

I was so surprised to see the finished job. I couldn't believe how neat and tidy the yard was. I had some fallen tree branches and debris along with the leaves that needed to cleaned up. It really looked nice!

These guys are who you want to hire for Service no matter what for! They were the most polite professional people I have come across in many many years. I would Hire them for everything and anything PERIOD. IF YOU GET THE CHANCE,HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY DO. I cannot say any more except that I wish I could of found them sooner.
