Central A/C Installation
They did a wonderful job installing a new air conditioning unit and took their time to do it correctly. Having said that, the air conditioning worked great but could not get the heat pump to come on at all when we needed it. We contacted them several times and they finally responded promising to come and fix it on Saturday, but were a no show. Contacted them again many times and finally got a response promising to come that Sunday but again were a no show. They never contacted us telling us why they did not show up. Very disappointed in them not giving any effort to fix the problem so look out.

Did two jobs for us first fixed our ac which was a old unit and had the part which lots of places don’t have on them that same day. Second ac and hvac broke had to get a whole new system great price and all done with in 24 hours of everything happening great company great service just great jog and people.

I wish we could choose more than five stars. This company is legit honest and professional. After 21 years, our HVAC needed to be replaced and we were pretty anxious going about finding a replacement. After Dean's immediate response and discussion on options, we knew we found the right company. We highly recommend Dean's HVAC.

I called them on a Saturday evening. Was expecting to pay a premium but didn t have to pay above the regular service price. He was very good and since he couldn t come inside the house and I couldn t come out he was very helpful in explaining what we needed.

The company is a complete scam and a waste of my time and money. I cal them and inform them that my A/C unit on the top floor was not cooling. The came and stated the capacitor was bad, and i need a new capacitor, They gave me a cost of $900 for the a new capacitor and labor. I ended up paying $500 plus tip , the fix it, it was still hot, I did not get cool air for the moment they claim it was fixed. I call them back within the week after i came back from vacation, they came and stated that my system was too old , i need to replace a core and a freon, or just buy a new unit.

"We quoted you $700 for a new fan motor and capacitor. Your system is 22 years old. We did the best we could. 3 weeks later you call back saying it's hot again. We come back out and all your Freon leaked out. That's why we recommend a new system. We didn't quote you 900 for a capacitor. You couldn't afford 700 so I agreed to fix your fan motor and capacitor for 500 to help you and your family. God knows the truth. You don't have to try to make our company look bad when we clearly get good reviews. We do not lie and we have always answered the phone for you. We are honest people and believe in the word of God and being honest. 900 for a capacity."

The technician was very friendly, very professional and on time which was wonderful since the temperature outside was going to reach 102° and by 10:00 in the morning my house was already at 80°. I will definitely recommend them and use them again for servicing my AC.
