"Why arnt you honest with the review and tell everyone that you added large walls and doubled the size of the job and tried to get us to do it for the same price. I told you by you adding work that I would have to redo your estimate as well as do it on a day where I didn't have another job booked on the same day... You called one day before the work was to start and added more work after you agreed on the estimate and time line and I told you I would have to do another estimate for the project with the added work and we would have to agree on it and I had only booked your job for a half day and I had another job to do on the same day with the added work would have to be done on a day that I didn't have another project booked"
