Couldn't find local stations using his phone apps. The most stations he could find was 16 using his antenna and phone apps. We get 27 using a flat antenna and trial and error. He didn't even try aiming his antenna where we got best reception because his phone app didn't tell him to. His phone apps couldn't find our local CBS station, which we get just fine.

Dean was punctual and carefully inspected our existing antenna system. He was more thorough than any serviceman has ever been in trying to figure out our old wiring in an 1911 house with a DYI basement refinish. He did not try to sell us a new one but gave an honest assessment of our reception issue. After considering our situation, I opted to replace the old antenna. We are still getting some interference/pixilation, but reception has improved--it may be as good as it can get in our area.

Dean did an excellent job. I previously had Dish Network so he tied into the existing cable-mounted dish on the roof. Hid the lines coming down. Beautiful job. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. He is an expert at his job! Know need to look any longer for a top installer. Thanks Dean for a job WELL done! DEAN THE DISH MAN!
