Bath Exhaust Fan Installation
My window for appt was 8-12 and an hour later no showed or called to let me the appt is changed. Not good.

Working with Dear Electric was a nightmare! I do not recommend them I had a leaky faucet in our master bath that had two faucets. Their plumber showed up serval hours late. After opening the faucet and told me he cannot fix it and I need to buy a new one. He told me he comes back the next day to install the new faucets (since I had two faucets, one has no issue, but I could not have two different faucets in the masters). I purchased two new faucets, and he showed up the next day real late in the evening. He installed the faucets and but he refused to replace the new facets drainages. I told him the new faucet drainage popup does not work with the old one. But he keeps insisting they look the same! And refuse to install them. Since two different systems were not compatible, the popup leverage was not sitting straight and was leaking and not working. The next day I called told about the issue and complained about real poor insulation and leaking issues. The next day the same guy showed up and again refuse to install the correct drainage, and after I insisted, he started to insult me, telling me, Who the hell you think you are and should my door so hard that almost broke the window. Making a long story short, I ended hiring another company the fix the mess. Now they are charging me for $575 that I ended up hiring a company to fix.
