"happy to hear that we were able to get your issue resolved. I am however sorry to hear that you are not happy with our flat rate pricing. We belived a customer should not be billed for ever second, every nut and every bolt. Our pricing is set prices per teh service you need we do not charge for labor or materials that is included in the flat price. "Hello Jerry, I just looked into your account and see that your system was installed on 4/4/2020 and our last in person visit was on 4/9/2020. I didnt see any calls from you into our office, are you having any issues or concerns you would like us to address? Also I do see you are new TCC Member have you not recieved your new member welcome packet in the mail? It comes in a large white envelop with our logo on it."
