On time for the appointment. Chris was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Several days have gone by with perfect operation so I consider the problem solved. Everyone I talked to from making my appointment to paying the bill were very courteous and friendy.

We were without heat during freezing weather. The furnace was totally out. DEAR replaced the next day. They are a little higher cost, but the great customer service and high quality products are worth it. Their additional 5-year preventive maintenance program provided much peace of mind.
