"I am sorry this customer was dissatisfied with their job we finished almost a year ago. A year went by with no complaints. We did extra work we did not charge for, their expectations of what the job was supposed to be was way different than what we priced. Installing flooring does not include replacing door trim and other molding unless you pay for them. I did not charge them for the extra work we did, but yet it is still not good enough. All our other positive reviews should speak for themselves. One dissatisfied customer out of hundreds is not bad in my book!"

"I met with this customer and he showed me the design he wanted and that is what I priced. He got 3 other estimates and called me back because he did not like the way the other contractors talked. My pricing was in line. I built the deck while the customer was there, it was literally sitting on the ground at the front because the way the land sloped. His concern was the wood joist rotting which is treated just like the posts are. It was inspected and passed. I sent them a second email estimate for vinyl porch rails a couple of weeks ago. I was under the impression they were satisfied with our workmanship."
