The crew was courteous, efficient and informed us of the steps in their process, keeping us informed of their progress. This is a dusty process, they cleaned up everything with only the repairs as evidence that work was performed here. They want to make the customer happy..THEY HAVE!

Deca Brick was the most disappointing and painful experience weve ever had to put up with. From the first day of our easy one day project to sixteen days later and it finally being complete, we are left with a job that we will have to have another company partially fix and a $600 new pool pump we had to purchase because of all the mortar that was dumped in the pool and sucked into the pump. Every day began with promises they would be there before 9am, which actually meant we may show up late in the afternoon or not at all. When the workers did show up they were pleasant but obviously were being pulled in 50 different directions by Ryan, Deca Bricks Dallas salesman who has no idea what customer service is. Not once did Ryan attempt to communicate with us on what was going on and if we reached out he never answered. It became clear from the get go that as soon as they have your deposit that you mean nothing to them, they have you over a barrel with their questionable small print no cancellation legal jargon.
