They do extraordinary work.

Deca did my floors and then did not replace the baseboards. After I had someone else replace them, discovered that the flooring did not reach the baseboards, so had to hire someone to paint and install quarter-round in addition to the baseboards, in order to cover up the too-short flooring! Ugh. Expensive fix.

Make sure you check all furniture and items. I did have something's damaged, the price was adjusted

The whole experience was great. I received a fair quote right off the bat without having to haggle and without high pressure tactics. The install was completed within the timeline and very quickly. Good work, good quality, and looks great! The only downside was the install went into the evening both nights which we were not told about but ultimately we were happy to get it completed within timeline.

First of all - outstanding service and they truly listened to my vision and helped me realize that vision within my budget and excellent quality / service of work. I initially called deca floors because of the reviews already listed, that was my first sign, they were great reviews. I did my due diligence and got two other estimates but in the end - Carl / Weldon - kept consistently following up to make sure all of my questions were answered. Once I received and met the other two companies I saw immediately who I wanted to go with (Carl and Weldon) because they took time to listen and helped reassure that I could trust them - which is huge when you are having someone remodel your floors. The crew came in and completed the work on time and as described in the initial write up but I also got updates the entire way just in case and to keep me informed of the entire process. I won't take the time to normally review someone unless I have had an exceptional experience (or the complete opposite) but in this case - it truly deserves My time so others know that I am truly pleased and I would highly HIGHLY recommend this team based on: -trust -quality of work -pricing -professionalism -courtesy -respectfulness Truly exceptional. 110% satisfied!

Carl was very attentive and communicated well. The installer was not very communicative. Overall, the job was completed in a timely fashion and was done well.

These Guys were just on top of it, I had some questions and minor details after the job was completed, they took care of them fast , and friendly! I have since referred them out to one of my friends!

They were efficient as far as customer service, quick, got back to me on time, they did as they said they would with scheduling. It looked really good and the people that did the work were good about communicating with me.

Recommend this company for any flooring concern you may have..very professional and very easy to work with..we had a large Laminate job and they handled it without issue. One of the owners Carl Boganey came out to the house and seemed to know what we were seeking with bringing in a plethora of samples. The price was more than fair compared to other companies we had contacted..top notch outfit you will be satisfied.

Carl came out and went over all the details with us. I'd gotten 4 different estimates before finding Deca Floors and reading all the reviews. His workers were friendly, willing to answer any questions we had, and efficient in their work. The job lasted about 3 or 4 days because they took their time to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. My husband and I absolutely love the floors. Carl also followed up with us to see how the floors were doing and if we had any questions. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Was very impressed when Carl came out to give me an estimate. The two installers arrived at 8:50 and left at noon. We're very thorough in installing carpet in the master bedroom and master closet. Bedroom furniture was very heavy they did a good job in moving it and placing it back where it was. I would definitely hire them again.
