I only needed my house roof to be cleared of leaves and debris. Five years ago, I had a new gutter system installed, however, with the many trees surrounding my home, the roof had a lot of debris and wet leaves that laid on top of the gutters and roof. It was hard to find someone who was willing to only do the job of clearing the roof. The gutter companies wanted to install a new system. Chris called me, I told him what I needed, he agreed to do the job, no hesitation. He did an excellent job, he was respectful. He took a large plastic bag on the roof and collected all the damp leaves and debris; then he took his leaf blower and went over the whole roof and got all debris off. I have talked with him about a much larger job that he is working up a price for me. I would recommend him. WH

Perfection. Workmanship was impeccable and so well done. Cleanliness. Not only was the owner immaculately clean, but he cleaned up all of the debris took it away and we didnâ t have to worry with one bit of dirt dust leftover pieces. Dependability. When he said he would be here he would be here. He would work a full day doing all the odds and ends that had to be done. If he spotted something that would make it easier for me in life, he would make a suggestion of what that would be. And I followed his advice. On reasonability. Not only was the work completed perfectly, but it was also done very economically. I so appreciated that that was also a concern for him. Overall. My bathroom is gorgeous and better than when we purchased the house. I would recommend S & M Remodeling to anyone who wants reasonable, clean and accurate remodeling done.

Chris contacted me quickly and made an appointment as soon as I was available. He asked the right questions and gave me an estimate over the phone. He showed up on time and was thorough.

They beat every other else's price did a great job and I've hired them for other things too. Putting in a new garbage disposal, patched our rubber roof ,put a TV antenna up above ( chimney (not used ). So the chimneys used for holding up an antenna at least. They even did yard work cutting my lawn trimming bushes and such. Did I mention they did the whole front of my house painting rebuilding my porch sidewalk replacing the door and screen door and a very reasonable price. Hire them I know I will be again. .

Kris was very pleasant to work with. Easy going guy, and on time. His estimates are accurate and fairly priced. And the work was done on time. And correctly. Would definitely be using him again in the future.

This young man has a bright future ahead of him, extremely professional, he's very tidy and left no mess behind throughout the multiple jobs he was doing. Will definitely hire again.

Chris came the same day we spoke. While I donâ t know anything about heat tape under a mobile home, he seemed very knowledgeable and I trusted his judgement on what needed to be done to make sure it was installed correctly. He even ran to a nearby store to get the parts he needed but did not increase the price he had estimated/quoted.

He is amazing to work with. He will take care of everything and with professionalism. Most definitely recommend this contractor for any and all of my future projects
