I was having difficulty finding someone who could perform post construction clean up in my residence. Every inch of my finished basement was covered in plaster dust, and I was starting to think we were not going to be able to use the room again because my husband and I do not have the equipment or skill to do the clean-up that was necessary. We somehow were fortunate enough to connect with Dseventy3 in Medford, and Jorge, the owner of the business, was reliable, honest, reasonably priced and an excellent cleaner. My husband and I are very happy with the clean-up Jorge and his company did, and now we can use that room again. I would not hesitate to recommend Dseventy3 to any of my friends or family members in need of someone to do a thorough post construction cleaning. They did an excellent job.

Jorge did a great job for me. He was very attentive and worked effectively when it came to the proposal as well as the job. He is very punctual and offered a great price for the value he delivered. Will be working with him for other work.

Jorge was a pleasure to work with and did great work. I had him do a relatively small project, fixing some rotting porch steps and refinishing the rest of the porch to match. He was incredibly responsive and came by for an estimate the same day and communicated well throughout the planning and work process. Finished result was beautiful and fairly priced and I would definitely hire him again!
