We recently hired Deck Envy to replace the old wood deck at our rental property with a Trex deck, and I couldn?t be happier with the results. Johnny and Ricardo were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were super friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They came out quickly to provide a quote, worked within my timeframe to get the project completed, and their pricing was very reasonable compared to other estimates we received. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The finished deck looks even better than I imagined. I especially love that we now have a beautiful, low-maintenance Trex deck that will last for years. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. These guys know what they are doing! They handled the 3D renderings, permit application and worked within our budget. When it came time for the build, they were extremely efficient and the materials used are very high quality. No complaints at all, very happy we went with Deck Envy!

I am extremely happy with the work Deck Envy did for me. They replaced my old deck with a beautiful composite deck. Johnny was the "right amount" of persuasive without being pushy. I got 3 estimates; the first was a high pressure (sign right now or you'll regret it); the second one didn't seem to care one way or the other whether I hired him; and the third (Johnny) clearly wanted my business, but didn't hound me about signing a contract. The workmen were professional, showed up on time and did a beautiful job. All in all Deck Envy was a great choice because their goal was to make sure I am 100% happy with my new deck.

We had a deck and side door porch replaced by DeckEnvy. We thought we would only do the side porch however after meeting with the sales team and checking references we went with them for both projects. Their timely and thorough plans, architectural drawings and county permit submission made for a quick approval from our HOA. The crew assigned to our project are true professionals. They communicated timelines and updates through the entire process and their craftsmanship is amazing. We’re extremely happy with the new deck and porch and we highly recommend Deck Envy.

The Deck Envy crew was amazing. Everything was done perfectly, no surprises, and they finished the entire job in one week! The craftsmanship is excellent, the team hand-chiseled and laid the stone work in the seating wall, and the edging for the patio is a must! They even reinforced the footers for the pergola we ordered separately. Included some pics, and a before picture so you can see how well done the job turned out!

Johnny was very responsive throughout the entire design process and provided some style recommendations that added a unique touch for us. Ricardo and his team did a great job working through difficult weather conditions and communicating throughout the process of tearing down the old deck and construction of the new deck. We are very happy with the design, quality of materials, quality of the constructions, and the cost relative to other proposals we considered, and the responsiveness was key to winning the work.

I had them remove an old deck and replace it with a screened in porch. It turned out beautiful and even nicer than I had imagined. About a month after, some squirrels ate through the wires for the lights and they came back out and replaced them for me. They’ve been great to work with!

There are many decks in the world. This one is mine. And it’s a beautiful, sexy deck. I love this deck. I’m pretty sure it loves me back. Before Deck Envy stepped in, we had a stone patio that was in rough shape, complete with awkward stairs and broken stones. It was more stress than sanctuary, especially when trying to balance food while heading down to grill. I reached out to Deck Envy, and they walked me through the idea of a walk-out deck that would not only look amazing but also eliminate those everyday worries. They gave me a clear price and a start date, and once I said yes, the process moved fast. Shockingly fast in the best way. We love our new deck. Deck Envy was great to work with right from the beginning. Johnny was easy to work with to come up with a plan. Our deck was almost 20 years old and consisted of a builder grade composite decking material. The planks were deteriorating to the point of breaking down to powder. The support beams were warping and seperating in multiple locations. I didn't feel the deck was in a safe state. After seeing their work at other townhouses within our community, I reached out to Deck Envy for a quote and availability. The owner, Johnny, visited my location and went over the options for a complete rebuild. The whole process was very easy and low pressure. His estimate was extremely fair, compared to other options I received. His team worked through the HOA and county permit process, and they kept me up to date with the progress. Once the approvals and permitting were completed, the work began and took a day for demo and two additional days for rebuild. The team was professional and cleaned up appropriately after the work was done. I was extremely happy with the work and professionalism of the team. A++

One other thing to note – during the project they had to dig up our stone patio under the deck to replace one of the deck support beams. After the deck was done, they sent a contractor to repair the patio. You would NEVER know that they ever dug a hole there! The patio looks perfect!
