Team great to work with although they ran into some problems the cost reminded the same. We were kept informed daily of the project status and delays were explained in English not construction talk.

Steve and Mike (construction workers for the deck) were very thorough and very friendly. They were very conscious of every step and built the deck as if it was their own. The deck was very sturdy and well done. EXCELLENT JOB!

Kip Weicht is a hard worker. He keeps his word and if he makes a mistake he then fixes it without any excuses. The only thing I would say is that in my experience he kept forgetting to bring his hose. He used mine but I ok d it. But would have liked him to remember to bring his own garden hose. You never know if someone will have one the proper size. That is my only thing I felt he needs to work on. That is why he got a 4.5 on overall! I would recommend him and have already to one of my neighbors. Thanks M
