Brad does excellent work but he did not stay on schedule and often times did not keep me informed when there were delays. He did complete the work and it looks great. It wold have been an overwhelming 5 but a two week job took several months to complete.

He did an excellent job fixing our wobbly bannister rail. His price was very reasonable and he showed up on time as scheduled. Based on the quality of his work and demonstrated professionalism I hired him for additional outside trim repair work which he also did an excellent job on. I would highly recommend Brad Stephenson for any home carpentry related projects.

We hired Deck it Out to renovate our guest suite above our garage. We had a modest budget and didn t want to break the bank for a space that is rarely used. I interviewed several contractors before hiring Brad. None of the others seemed to understand modest budget. In fact every single one of them overshot our budget by several thousand dollars whereas Brad actually listened to us and our needs and wound up coming in under our budget. Brad never tried to upsell me but he did offer genuine advice based on his years of experience. He is knowledgeable, personable, and very straightforward. The work was done in a timely manner and was of the highest quality. Many times with smaller jobs, contractors sort of mail it in but Brad never made us feel like our job was too small to be important. He also communicated very clearly about the process and if he had an emergency at another job site, he communicated that to us early in the morning so we wouldn t have to keep our dog in the bedroom all day. That might seem like a small thing but the small things matter. All in all, we were impressed with both his service and the final product. We are definitely going to use Deck it Out for the other jobs in and around our property we have planned over the next year or so.

I am very happy to have found Brad at Deck It Out. He is truly a professional by the highest standards of the word. From start to finish, he showed up when he said he would, had a sound sense of design and thought about materials and colors I would not have thought of, and attended to all details over and above excellence. I couldn't be happier and will call him again for my next project.

In today's market, it is very difficult to find professional and skilled labor. Many of our experiences have been negative ranging from individuals who did not show up after confirming appointments, individuals who did not follow through, but took our money or quite simply finding someone who can and will do the job. This was not the case with Brad, Deck It Out, LLC. This was my second time using recommended contractors listed by Home Advisor and I am very pleased. Brad was very professional. He followed through with all appointments, kept in touch with us at every level of work, and delivered beautiful and functional floating book shelves, which are a nice addition to our home. We spent months looking for someone to create and install our shelving, but did not have any success until we met Brad. We are very pleased with Brad's craftsmanship and will use him again for other work in our home.
