Promises made and broken. Made mistake of paying for project with two hours of work remaining. Was trying to give him a break because he asked if I could pay him that Friday, with promise that he would return Saturday morning to finish work. It didn't happen. Promised to return ABSOLUTELY following Monday afternoon. No show and no phone call. Will have to call a handyman to finish the work. No signed contract, either. Stupid me.....

He is very busy so it does take a fews days for him to get to you, but the job was well done.
