Deck Medic was extremely responsive - both via their website, phone and text if you prefer. I used all 3 to communicate. They also provided accurate estimates, time frames, and walked me through each step of process. And even checked in after completion of deck repair/waterproof work. Only delays were result of a lot of rain (to be expected this time of year)

This was the second time we have Used Deck Medic. They are very professional and do a great job. Their workers do good work and do not loaf around “propping up shovels.” It was a very hot day and the guys were working so hard power washing our large deck that I was worried they were overdoing it in the heat.

They were able to help us in a timely way. Asked us to check deck every time they were here and verify color prior to application.

We are very pleased with the work performed on our deck as well as the pressure washing of our concrete driveway. The gentlemen who performed the work were pleasant and very respectful. Deck Medic is a very professional operation.

The project involved was cleaning the wood putting a superior stain finish on a new deck that had weathered over the winter months. The owner was friendly and professional when he arrived for the estimate. Everything stated in the estimate was completed as described and exceeded expectations to a large degree. Deck Medic made the deck look as if the deck was built brand new in the finished color. The attention to detail and professional work ethic of every employee I met was superb. A huge thanks to the whole Deck Medic team for a pleasant experience and a job well done. I highly recommend Deck Medic and will certainly rehire this company once I complete the addition to the deck.

John W. and his team did a great job of cleaning, repairing and re-staining our 19-year old deck! They also repaired and re-painted our wood front porch railings and the six columns on our front porch. John W. is very conscientious and he followed up thoroughly. I definitely recommend DeckMedic of Lake Norman and I would hire them again.
