Deck Medics of Wake County

Working with Deck Medic of Wake was extremely easy: they inspected my deck, provided is with different estimates - for fixing portions of the deck, full replacement and other options - and once we agreed on the right option for our deck they started working on the deck in about a week. The primary driver behind my deck’s completion timeframe was weather (lots of rainfall), but the job was done really in only 2 to 2.5 days duration (there were also a few additional deck boards that needed to be replaced vs. what were originally identified), thanks to Bob and team: they were really efficient and diligent, making sure that everything that was done quickly while addressing everything our deck needed..and were really patient and courteous with us when we had questions or requests while they were on site! The Deck Medic team is a great group with whom to do business!

Jon Pierce and his team are incredible, we will only be using them from now on whenever we need a refinish or any issues that pop up or work we'd like done. We needed our deck essentially redone and it turned out to be a much bigger headache than we anticipated with paint issues, wood issues and constantly moving timelines all of which were unforeseen...Jon and his team worked with us every step of the way. They were very helpful, understanding, communicative, conscientious and flexible with a deck that was not cooperating. Man, only 5 reviews, let me just slide in here. These guys are AWESOME. What an absolutely amazing job they did on our small deck. They were very meticulous, thorough and communicative through the entire thing. The extra: the deck looks awesome, seriously. It seems all the guys doing the work here are local, so that's also an absolute plus. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your next deck stuff.

Bob and the crew of guys did an amazing job completely fixing up, staining, and bringing my deck back to life! They spent time making sure all the details, big or small, were covered and not just done, but done well. Highly recommend!
