We hired DeckPro out of Rexburg for a large deck replacement project and they were amazing. Shane was prompt to respond, didn?t ghost us on coming out (incredibly rare up here even by most of the ?frequent suppliers? we all see referred all the time!!), got us the quote as promised, scheduled the work and the crew were here to start exactly as they said. All this is rare. But then, their whole crew was so good! Brad was the foreman but all were awesome. Knowledgable for problem solving, meticulous attention to detail, courteous, and we loved having all 4 of them around for the couple weeks our project took. We missed them when it was over. And we love our deck.

Shane came out to give us a bid on a new deck. He was on time and courteous. He took the measurements and the bid was returned to us quickly. They completed the work about a month before the initial time frame. They are meticulous with details and even suggested something I had not thought about. Our deck looks amazing! Highly recommend

Shane and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. Our deck looks beautiful! There was a little damage to one corner of the house during the tear down of the old deck, but Shane was willing to repair it without question.
