Paid them $950 for a deck permit and plans and they took my money and ghosted me.

"It is unfortunate you are not able to build the deck size you desire and DCRA is taking so long to get this application approved or denied. This can definitely be frustrating as the permit process is still in progress and waiting can be excruciating. Patience is key. We hope to wrap this up soon."

The price for the tree trimming was very reasonable, and lower than the other estimate I obtained from another company. I am very happy with the quality of the work performed. Make sure that you let them know the height you want your grass. The grass right now is mostly weeds so had to have them to come back out and pay again because height did not cut the flowers off of the clover flowers. Very understanding but had to pay again. Easy to work with. if they are running late, they will call and let you know.

Salim is very good at communicating when he will be doing work on your yard. My spring clean up was quick and looks great and I've hired him to do my lawn maintenance for this year. The neighbor across the street even came over and asked for his contact information.
