Write a ReviewTerry contacted me right away and came out to assess the project on the same day. He provided a list of supplies and quote for labor that day. Then he completed the job in one day and was professional, helpful and condiderate.
Terry did a great job installing my ceiling fan,
He came very unprepared, did not have the proper tools. He damaged the screen door he was to Install when pre-drilling the holes to attach the hinge rail, one of which he drilled through the door. When I told him what he did he tried to say it must have come from the supplier like that which it did not because I took pics and inspected the door prior to his attempted installation. Also, when he tried to install the screen door he cut the top drip edge without consulting me first saying he was trying to make it fit. Now I cannot return the door to get a smaller size due to the damages he did. When he installed the entry door he used a Chisel so for the lock and strike plate area which damaged the custom entry door I purchased and also put unnecessary gashes in both the door and door frame. He said the holes did not match up from the existing door frame to the new entry doors so once again he uses a chisel to make new holes but never did not anything to seal the old holes so now so much air is coming through the door. Plus he cracked the door frame which now has to be replaced. He also lost a piece of the door handle which he did on the 2nd day there go and replace. The end result of his pro work left me which 2 doors damaged (which I paid over $760 for) and a cracked door frame as well as more cold air coming into my mothers house. Extremely disappointed that anyone would leave thinking that was pro work when I am out so much money right now! He was at my mothers property for 2 days, about 12+ hours, and left so much damage. The overall quality is horrible. He seemed like a nice guy and said he had 40years of experience in the industry but I cannot tell by the quality of his work and the way in which he damaged the doors and door frame. He even left all the wood frame pieces he chiseled off on the front of the porch along with several screws.
im so sorry crystal i coudnt satisfy you i did the best i could the house is 50 years old and the materials used to build that house are not suitable for home building thats why they stopped using them i tried to get ahold of you with no responce you also bought wrong size storm door after me telling you it had to be a certain size because it wasnt a standard size and if the lighting wasnt so poor on the outside the clean up would have been better
Terry did a great job with my replacing my sub floor and flooring. He explained everything that he was going to do and was able to do the job beautifully. What he charges for his work is a great deal on top of the wonderful work. We will be using his services again in the future
Terry did an excellent job building new stairs with a railing in my garage. The result was exactly what I wanted, stairs that were easy for me to climb and would be sturdy and let me get into the house safely. He was professional, prompt and very competitively priced. He listen to me so that he could understand exactly what I needed. A nice man. I am very pleased.
Great. Good work
