Very professional; showed up on time and communicated prior to arriving. He also showed me the damaged part and proved to me that it was not working... I did not ask, he did this on his own to show he was not just replacing a part for money

Santee Deck repaired our dryer on New Year s Eve. He kept me informed about what time he d arrive. He was friendly & hardworking. I d highly recommend him for appliance repair service!

Santee was very professional. He called 45 minutes before the appointment to let us know he would be 15 minutes late. He was very efficient when he arrived and did a nice job. We would use him again.

Santee did a very nice job connecting our disposal. He was running a bit late but kept in touch to inform us of his delay.He was efficient and left my kitchen spotless. He is a true professional and gives great customer service. We definitely would call him for any appliance repair.

The repairman would not stop working until the job was complete, it took a little bit longer than he expected.

Several issues with this company. He misdiagnosed my problem which cost me over $200. He lied about the cost of the part he claimed needed repair. When I asked him about the cost of the part, he rambled until I had to prompt him for the price (that was the second red flag with the first being that he needed to go outside to talk to the parts company. Apparently so I wouldn t hear the real price of the part.). I called Fox appliance and got the part for half of what he quoted me. I replaced the motherboard because he claimed that was the issue but after paying another to come out they determined it was the compressor which is what I read is a real problem for this appliance. So he claimed the part cost $395 or something like that...his exact words...he was going to charge me $525 for the entire job that took me less than ten minutes to complete. Actually my first red flag should have been his inability to notify me that he was running late for two days straight. The first day I had to cancel him because it took him hours and multiple calls to him after our scheduled appoint to even come close to my location. It was overall a terrible experience. Trying to take advantage of a situation. Watch the red flags. Also pay close attention to price he quotes you to diagnose the problem. It will change once he gets there.

Did a thorough job on our refrigerator. Would use him again. I would say just communicate better on the time you are going to arrive. Don t say I ll be there at So and so time and then it s 3 to 4 hours later. It s ok to tell the customer I can t get to you until a later time. Other than that great job

The technician was a little late but gave me a call to let me know, he diagnosed the issue quickly. Ice maker needed to be replaced. Picked it up that day and came back to install at the end of day when my husband got home from work. I would definitely use them again if I have any issues.

The tec was very upfront and honest with his pricing. He was also able to work around my work schedule so i didnt have to miss work for the repair which was extremely helpful. He made sure that my refridgeratoelr was working properly before completing the job. Great experience!
