Colin came to the house and spent a lot of time with me deciding what would the best deck for my house would look like. After several days of me bothering him incessently he patiently layed out for me what turned out to be an absolutely stunning deck. The quality of work is beyond anything I have seen in my neighbors and friends decks. Colin worked with me on the price and he took a hit on the chin when the design ran into a problem with the landscape of my yard. He corrected the design and added a wrap around to account for my yard issues. He refused to add a penny to the job for the change even though it cost him supplies and time.

I needed help with getting some items fixed on my home because I was trying to sell it. I was referred by a friend to contact Deck Centra. Deck cetera was at my home two days early. The crew went right to work and my new porch was finished within 1 1/2 days. The manufacturer neglected to put in some parts, Deck cetera contacted them and had them overnight the parts. When the parts were lost in transit, Deck cetera didn't make excuses, they contacted me and informed me of the problem. The replacement of my wooden wrap-around porch with vinyl is fantastic beautiful, and all of my neighbors are pleasantly jealous. The deck that Deck Cetera built for us far surpasses our expectations. The professionalism shown by the crew is exemplary.
