Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Does not show when he says he will be there at a certain time. Spends only 3-4 hours when he does show. Says he is getting material and will be there but when he arrives says he needs to go get material. Every day was an excuse. Unreliable and not trustworthy.

Arbor, Pergola or Trellis Custom Build
Two months into the project of building a pergola with a gabled roof AKA a pavilion, it is still not complete. Several no shows and multiple excuses, poor quality of workmanship. I was lending them tools like extension cords and ladders and they did not have their own equipment.

the service provider gave me an estimate and I payed the deposit and he has not done the job and he was in charge of check the permit and i went into the City of Mansfield Building and Permit department several times to see if a permit application was submitted; even after a month later, NO permit application had been submitted to the city for my Pergola, After nearly 2 months my project was not even started.

"You were advised that I was in the ICU for over a week and contacted the second time that I went into the hospital for 3 days. Not only by a phone call but by text message as well. The permit was applied for and was in the process of getting a concrete pad inspection. You neglected to mention that you contacted another contractor and without plans or knowledge of style of pergola that was being built, took their word as gold. I have tried to come to a resolution with you many times."

Jesse was respectful, courteous and detail oriented. He did quality work welding repair plates on the hinge of our gate. He even went as far as to paint the weld with rustoleum paint.

He did not return to repair the barn door or frame the lights on my deck, despite promising to do so. I tried to contact him, and he kept promising that he would return, but he never did, and he never contacted me.
