Tommy and Ana at Cool Cats Cooling Inc. did an exceptional job installing our Tesla Wall Connector. From the initial walkthrough to the final testing. They demonstrated a level of professionalism, technical expertise, and attention to detail that is hard to find. They took the time to answer all of our questions and communicated clearly throughout every phase of the installation. Rather than simply completing the work, they explained each step of the process, why it was necessary, and how it contributed to the safety, reliability, and long-term performance of the installation. They shared practical knowledge gained from years of experience, and every recommendation they made aligned with electrical best practices and Tesla’s installation guidance. Their workmanship was meticulous. They paid close attention to every detail, ensured the installation was clean and well thought out, and never cut corners. It was obvious they take pride in doing the job correctly rather than just getting

Very pleasant, professional. Prompt. The work is clean and exactly what was promised. I would recommend their work to anyone. Price quoted was more than fair too.

You NEED to hire Cool Cats Cooling! Tommy was the most knowledgeable person I've ever met and gave me honest advice that was the safer option and saved me money. They responded within 3 minutes of my online inquiry, showed up on time, purchased extra items I requested and had my charger installed in under an hour. Locally owned and operated and Cool Cats does business the correct way. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend Cool Cats.

Tommy is a professional who showed up on time, gave a reasonable estimate that included permitting, and was able to schedule the project quickly. He did a great job rebalancing the load in my panel and wiring for our Tesla charger.

Excellent work by Tommy. He pin-pointed as to where the trouble was in the water pump. With that being said, it made my Sprinkler guts job much easier since now the issue lied on the newly set up pump. Great work and reasonably priced.
