Kevin has been known to after the fact ask for extra work to be performed and he believes he should not pay for services. I did exactly what was contracted. kevin If you would like a extra top coat by all means as stated in text PAY FOR IT . I will perform any services asked of me as long as clients pay for it. I am not going to do jobs for free ."
