My husband and I are purchasing a new home in another state and needed to find a reputable home inspection service company. We were referred to Dedicated Home Inspections. We contacted the company and Donny explained to us what his home inspection would entail. After speaking with him we knew HE was exactly who we needed. We had an inspection done for our new build, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He took his time to go through every single detail and made sure nothing was missed. You can tell right away that he’s a true professional and really knows what he’s doing. He explained everything clearly as he went, pointed out things we never would’ve noticed ourselves, and gave helpful suggestions on how to address them. He checked everything from the foundation and framing to outlets, insulation, and even small finishing details. His report was very thorough and easy to understand, with photos and clear explanations. I really appreciate how dedicated and careful he was throughout the whole process. Mr. Donald and his wife did a very thorough job at inspecting my new construction home. The report that they provided after the service was completed not only pointed out the things that needed fixing, but he also broke down and explained everything that looked good. I was very well pleased with how knowledgeable he is. He even took the time to call me and to explain all of the recommendations that he had and everything that he had found. Talked with Don on the phone during the weekend to schedule a home inspection due to my last inspection being false. I explained everything to him and what my family and I were looking for and he not only went above it, he related to it. Very caring and professional, always making sure you know what is happening and will work with what you need done. He already let me know in the beginning the inspection would be 3-5 hours, just stating he wants to make sure nothing is missed and due to that we found problems we did not know we had. Over all just an amazing experience, his report on the inspection was detailed and set up easy to read, even took the time to take my calls in between writing the report to talk to me about it. Will be recommending this business to all family and friends.
