Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed. Nice service and very knowledgeable about the job. A very good service tech, will recommend and call them back if I have any other electrical issues.

They came and installed an EV charger and rewired an outlet outside of the garage. Both electricians were pleasant to work with and did outstanding work. The estimate provided before the work set the stage for good workmanship as it was very detailed as to the work to be accomplished. Dalton (he provided the estimate) also arrived partway through to ensure everything was being taken care of correctly. They finished in half the time expected! I highly recommend them if you need any electrical work completed.

Aaron from Dedicated did great work, they removed my knob and tube wiring with only one cut to the wallboard; they did most of the work from the attic and crawl spaces. It was a huge job and they upgraded two light fixtures and installed smart lighting in several places. With the sunrise/sunset setting on my front porch, I never have to worry about turning on and off the light.

Dedicated electrical services was very professional, from the first phone call to get an estimate to completing the job. I needed six can lights changed from 'Peg' light bulbs to LEDs. The electricians that came to my home listened to what I had to say about the issue with the peg lights and provided options for a solution. During the installation of new light fixtures, that have a brightness setting, they checked after installing the first one to see if the light setting was okay before moving on with the rest. For the first time in a few years I finally have decent lighting in my kitchen. I no longer feel like I live in a cave. I will definitely be having Dedicated Electric Services come back and change out the remaining 'peg' lights in my home.

They were punctual and did not lollygag around about anything. They got right to work and were very polite and mannerly, a real joy to be around while working. They were non-judge mental and understanding of the Not so pleasant current surrounding working conditions. They knew what they were doing and do the superb job at it. Passed inspection with an A which is just proof there are still some good honest people who do great work. We would definitely have them back again.
