Dedicated Pressure Cleaning

Tried to get them to clean the roof twice. They did not show the first time and the second time they didn't come prepared.

These guys did an absolutely terrible job. They showed up with one hand grinder and soon realized that they needed more because it was taking so long to grind the old paint off of the garage floor. I assumed they would show up with a large diameter grinder. Next day they showed up with two hand grinders. Result: multiple grinder gouges all over the garage floor - and I mean allllll over. They essentially ruined the existing smooth garage floor surface. Paint job was atrocious. They worked in 4 - 5 foot increments which left linear globs of paint every 4 - 5 feet. I had to provide some frog tape (they didn't even bring that) so they could paint a straight line at the end of the garage floor where it met the driveway. Color flake distribution was the only decent part of the job. Clear top coat application was sloppy with numerous areas of the floor lacking a proper smooth finish. Workers promised to come back the next day to power-wash the driveway from all of the grit left over from the grinding of the old garage floor. Never came back. Had to do it myself. If I had to do it all over again, I would hire another contractor and pay a few hundred dollars more for a professional job. They were the lowest bidder. I guess it's true, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned...

Excellent customer service and they did an excellent job pressure washing the roof and my screen enclosure . I will hire them again and highly recommend Dedicated Pressure Cleaning .

Quick response, on time, courteous customer service. Did not communicate to their workers to get up oil spots before sealing. Mediocrity....took more time stripping off all the sealant I had already paid for. Disappointing, time consuming! I would have preferred that the job be done slowly and well than fast and incomplete. Some customers expect good customer service AND a job well done.

They arrived promptly as scheduled. There were crannies where the porch roof joined the house where decayed leaves had caked and they cleaned those thoroughly as well. Excellent work.

Dedicated pressure cleaning should change there name to Dedicated CHLORINE cleaning. They have misleading web page which leads you to believe your roof will be pressure cleaned but in fact they use CHLORINE. I trust homeadvisor takes steps to correct the deceptive advertising.

I’m in customer service business myself and it was a pleasure dealing with Isaac. He did what he said was going to be done... he’s crew was in sync and accomplished the job within two hours. My roof is spotless and with a 2 yrs warrantee I’m now a loyal customer. Thanks
