Great job -- had a short timeframe for completion before new furniture was installed & did an excellent, on time cleaning.

Work was done on-time and work was completed as agreed. I cannot rate the service, as this house was vacant and I was not the person that met the cleaners at the site. I can only judge from the result of the work and the carpet was cleaned professionally and it shows. I would recommend this company to any friends or family member.

Very knowledgable regarding the solutions to be used given the fabric/ material to be cleaned. Dining room chairs were badly stained. Now they look like new. Scott is the best.

I was very pleased with having my specialty rug clean by Dedicated Services. Pick up/delivery service was a plus. Cost is very reasonable. I have several more to be cleaned over the next few months. One includes a fairly expenses oriental from Pakistan. I have no doubts that it will taken care of and cleaned with care. Scott was excellent...professional:)

Scott called me before I was even off the Home Advisor site! Professional, friendly, honest. Gave me an estimate over the phone and that's what it was! Was a little late, but called to tell me before his due time. Worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up when he was done. Highly recommend.

They came the same day I asked for them on a semi-emergent basis. I really appreciated that response. The carpet was very clean when they were done. Also they were very courteous.

Carpet cleaner did a good job, however he was over 30 minutes late. He claimed he called me, but my phone never rang and I had my cell phone and my home phone right besides me an hour before the scheduled appointment and I never got a call. Drying time is much longer than estimated, but I will attribute that to the change in the weather.

Did an excellant job. I was convinced I would have to have my bonus room recarpeted but it looks great now. Thanks
