Dee & Zee Painting

I hired Dee & See to paint the exterior of my house they did extremely well job. It took them a little over 3 days to complete the job. I love the new look it gave my house. I definitely recommend hiring this company.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! IT IS WORTH THE READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THEM. We hired Dee & Zee end of June. $1000 total $500 down. They sent two different people for the two days they came. Both days they came hours after the time they said theyâ d be here. The first day nothing got done the second day the guy applied a paint remover, said heâ d be back the next day, then didnâ t ever come back. We had many no shows after that. They gave us a discount for our trouble and we agreed to continue working with them. The day after the agreement, we had another no show. We contacted them again, they said the owner would come out to do the job for us now. We accepted, then no one came once again and we received no reply from the company. 3 days later someone showed up out of the blue. We found out he was not associated with the company but just a friend. We hadnâ t been in contact with Dee & Zee for most of the time the friend of the company worked for us because they wouldnâ t get back to us. This new guy came whenever he wanted, left whenever he wanted and hardly got anything done each day he was here with little communication as well. Eventually this â Friendâ asks us how weâ ll be paying him because Dee & Zee told him they wouldnâ t be paying him. This was shocking news to us since we already paid them $500. Josh, the friend, kept working which was really odd to us since no further payment arrangement was made... at least to our knowledge. I kept trying to get ahold of Dee & Zee to either get a refund so I could pay Josh or get David to pay the $500 Josh (kind of) worked for. All DEE & ZEE did was leave a giant mess for us to clean up... We finally got ahold of David Henry (the company owner) on a brand new number and got no closer to a solution. We got caught in the middle of some unprofessional nonsense with a lot of â he said, she saidâ from both sides. Weâ re now in September and the job is still incomplete. We havenâ t received a refund of our $500. The whole thing seems like theyâ re scam artists trying to get extra money out of us. It sucks for Josh if heâ s actually telling the truth but weâ re not gonna take the chances on giving away more money especially since the job is incomplete. To this day we are still receiving invoices to pay what we do not owe and even today the owner of Dee & Zee texted us a message insinuating that he was outside of our house and sent a threat. We have taken the proper precautions to protect our family but we would hate if someone else had to go through something like this.

This is the worst company I have ever hired. He showed up one day, powered washed my deck and made an ungodly mess that I will be cleaning up for weeks. It took him three days to come back to paint and that was phone call after phone call asking where he was. No communication. He comes back one day, ran out of paint and said that the work was done. HE RAN OUT OF PAINT and said that that work was finished!! He asked for all of his money!! I will have to hire another company to first clean his mess, then another company to finish painting and if you doubt what I am writing, I have pictures to prove his incompetence. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. He has been a total nightmare and put us weeks behind. When he did communicate with us, it was through texts, since he did not want to face us in person. I am a business owner myself and dislike when someone puts out a bad review about my services, but I feel that I have to warn future clients - this is NOT a good Company with even worse ethics and sense. The reason I gave this company a 1/2 star is because they would not let me write this review without some rating. 1/2 star is generous.
