About us
We are a family owned & operated business. We have been in the Valley since 1992. We cover the entire Metro area including Fountain Hills to Apache Junction, Buckeye to the Sun City West area. We do not hire out subcontractors; you will only get the Owner of the company when you hire us. Our EIN # is 20-4250549. We do not charge a trip charge for a bid or estimate. We can quote right over the phone what the charges will be when you are ready to hire. Our initial service fee is $65.00 for the first room and one hallway; $25.00 for additional rooms; $15.00 for additional hallways and/or walk in closets or bathrooms. Staircases are priced at $2.00 per stair. We offer protective sealer which is $20.00 for the first room; $15.00 for any additional rooms; $5.00 for hallways/walk in closets and $1.00 per stair. We specialize in upholstery cleaning including leather cleaning. We also clean oriental rugs. We offer rust, most pet, coffee, tea, blood and grease stain removal.
