They were responsive and schedule the service very quickly

I had new vinyl tile floor installed and needed it cleaned and waxed. 5 days after their service was performed, there was debris caught in the wax in one corner and there was a gray material collecting in the wax on the tiles making the floor look 20 years old. I had their rep come out and was told it was adhesive coming out from between the tiles and not the wax job. I then contacted the floor installers and they recommended a floor care company. A representative from their company came out to look at the floors and said the gray material in the wax was a coating that is on new tile flooring that must be stripped before cleaning and waxing. It was evident that this was not done by Deep Kleen and Maintenance LLC. I then paid for the second company to come out, strip the wax from the floor, clean the floor and apply new wax properly. The gray material is no longer on the floor and the floor now looks like a new floor.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Deep Kleen. The technican arrived exactly on time. The carpet in the rental was extremely dirty and after he was finished the carpet looked so much better.

Very helpful with tips for cleaning up spills. No hidden costs or add-ons. Professional and fast.
