Scheduling was easy and tailored to meet my specific schedule. Service associate called in plenty of time for me to be prepared for their arrival, work was done efficiently and very courteously. The clients instructions and over all care was covered thoroughly with return demonstration by the service man. I couldnât ask for better service will definitely use them again if I have the need.

Deep South swapped out my disposal with a new one I supplied and only charged $80. Ragsdale Heating and Air quoted me $350 for the same work. Deep South knew what they were doing and did it at a more than fair price. Will use them again in the future.

I was impressed with Bobby's professionalism and friendliness. He did a great job of fixing the refrigerator for the reason of the call but he went the extra mile and fixed the icemaker also. It turned out much better than if I had tried to fix it myself.

Bobby was very nice and professional. I was working from home to specifically have a new garbage disposal installed. The other vendor was a no-show. Bobby took the time to fit us in and got done in less than an hour. I was very pleased and am a happy customer!
