Excellent! I am so happy at the way it turned out, Mike also added a dimmer which made all the difference. Also had him replace some downspouts a previous handiman had installed incorrectly. Mike also took a look at a kitchen outlet which was not working & was able to repair. Will definitely use Deep South Home Repair’s again & soon!!!!

We hired this Mike to replace two very old toilets in our home. He arrived promptly and was done very quickly. Unfortunately, due to my bad measurement, one of the toilets was slightly too high for a cabinet that went across the top of it. Mike was able to adapt the cabinet and you can't even tell anything was done. It looks fantastic. He did a great job and I will definitely use him again!

Mike made great efforts to fit me into his schedule and work around the rainy weather in order to fix my mailbox which had fallen over due to the wooden post rotting at the base. Even though he had a full schedule of customers he was able to fit in my little job. Work was done in a professional manner and he purchased the mailbox post, so I did not have to do that.

I was completely impressed with the two men . The one man did the job and he worked long and very hard .he removed all of the debris as well. He worked over 4 hours.

Replaced roof due to water damage in garage and living room. Called Mike to fix the damage. His crew was great as usual. This is the second time I have called Deep South and would not hesitate to call again if needed. Also, a shout out to Craig for his meticulous work.

Services were provided promptly. Explanation of exactly what was going to be done and how long to complete was right on target. The repairman made no mess at all.. You would never had known he was doing demolition and repair . All employees including the owner Mike, were pleasant and easy to work with and all went as described.

Mike did an excellent job installing a side entry door on my garage. What separated his service from the majority of contractors I have worked with or gotten quotes from in the past was communication. There was a few delays due to weather, the wrong door being ordered by home depot, etc. Through all of that Mike kept an open line of communication vi text messages and phone calls. Even when the door was finished, he wasn't satisfied with the paint job, he came back out sanded and put another coat of paint on the door. I would definitely recommend Deep South Home Repair.

Am extremely pleased with all of the work. Everything was done with professionalism. The wonderful thing with DSHR is that there are four employees, and it is not like dealing with a one man operation. I am an extremely cautious individual when work is being done around my home because of the horror stories you read about concerning Florida contractors. Rest assured Mike and his employees are very knowledgeable and skilled. Mike also referred me to a locksmith who also was very good. I will certainly be using this group in the future, and have recommended them to friends.

It was absolutely excellent, he was wonderful. He had a lot of work to get done, something like 10 jobs to complete before coming to install my grab bars, but he stayed out late and came and got the job done for me because he knew it was a safety issue.

They did everything really well, including patching some tiling from when we'd removed the stove. They also installed metal sliders for the pull out cabinet drawers. They were always on time and gave the job 100%, they didn't just lounge around. They cleaned up and even gave me good input on the hardware options.

Mike and his crew were fantastic. So happy we called him. He replaced our soffits that were being held up by duct tape. Also, we had a partial bathroom remodel that did not go well from someone else. He fixed what he could and added features in both bathrooms that made the rooms look great.

This company is excellent they really deserve an A+++ After speaking to the owner Mike, he sent over one of his staff, Thomas who is excellent. Thomas plastered up a hole in my wall in my bedroom, he replaced my kitchen fixture with a new one. And when I realized the fixture light was much too bright, he went over to Lowe's without me asking him to, to pick up a dimmer. And he came back to install it. I thought this was very professional.. Thomas also shaved down a door that was removed after I put new tiling down because it no longer fit. I am thrilled with the outcome do not hesitate to call this company I highly recommend them. After purchasing a dishwasher, it was necessary to create a spot to install as we did not previously have one. Our older kitchen had very limited space. Mike gave us several options. Upon choosing the best route, Mike and his crew came out within a few days of the decision and built a cabinet for the dishwasher. At the last minute, we decided to also install a disposal since he was connecting the drain from the dishwasher. All went very smoothly and were very pleased with Deep South Home Repair. I supplied the dishwasher, Mike the disposal and all other necessary supplies. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Mike! Thanks, Mike!
