I called because the heat pump made the kind of noise you don't want to hear. When he came out, he inspected it but found nothing wrong, but suggested that the unit had gone into defrost mode (who knew?) since there didn't appear to be a problem and would not charge me. Very ethical. I asked him to service the unit since he was here. I'll get his company on a regular schedule to service the unit
