Joshua cleaned my furnace, made sure the ducts were good, he went through capacitor was bad and he let me know. The next day, he fixed it right away so we were not without heat. Very affordable, keeps in contact, and shows you why its wrong/broken. He does not bs you, straightforward, gives you options to work with your budget that I love. I am comfortable working with him. He does preventative maintenance and gives good suggestions.
