Called immediately (as requested) for urgent problem. Set appt in short time frame, communicated well, called just before coming, and showed up on time. Crawled thru a blazing hot attic on a 94 degree summer day at 3pm and eradicated wasps nests troughout the attic and in the eves where visible. All that and then actually charged LESS than agreed fee because "the problem was not as extensive as he anticipated". Now THAT is how you earn a customer for life!
