In 2015, we purchased and also had our entertainment center installed by Defined Entertainment Design. They have continued to maintained it for us, managing updates and keeping the equipment current and easy to use. We always recommend them because they are knowledgeable, dependable, creative, fair and exceptionally nice to work with.

Defined Entertainment Design is more than just an A/V company, they're truly a white glove service that cares about the client and always stands by their commitments with state of the art output. I was lucky enough to find this company a couple of years ago when I moved to Westlake Village. The home I purchased was basically "wireless". Mark, Jeremy and the team have done an absolutely fantastic job getting my house up an running with 4 TV's, whole house WiFi, Sonos with perfect/seamless connection/signal in all corners of my home including outside by the pool where they installed an amazing outdoor wireless sonos system with amplifier. Beyond just their incredible skillset, the team at Defined Entertainment Design really cares, if something goes down, Mark is always quick to call to help resolve the issue either over the phone or send someone over. I could go on and on, but what's most important to me is that this company does incredible work, quickly and efficiently, at very reasonable prices with a personal touch. I needed a phone jack repaired and they came out right away and did a great job. I was having trouble finding someone to do a small job like this at a reasonable price and they did just that. I highly recommend them.

The attention to detail and response to issues regarding the equipment and installation were beyond my expectations. Mark and his team were great in providing additional technical assistance as we tried to work with the new systems installed. All the work was quickly done. The service was great. Peter arrived and surveyed the equipment and we agreed on the project. Two technicians came on time and proceeded with connecting stereo, video and speakers with CD player. We are happy people.

Did what was needed

Smooth and easy transaction from beginning to end. I asked them to set the tv to high. After a week I changed my mind. They came out free of charge to Lower it. Techs are clean and very respectful of your home. Prices are right.

I called Peter on a Saturday (the day before Father's Day) to see if he could get my Indoor/outdoor sound system working. We were having family come for Father's Day and wanted to play music. He doesn't normally work on Saturdays, but Shane came to the house on his day off. Excellent customer service. Thanks Peter and Shane!!

Solved an problem of wifi coverage many ppl just live with and don't have to. There's a simple solution but without Defined Entertainment's services I would never have known about network extenders or would have known how to install and set up.

Mark called me within an hour after my request. He was able to arrange for Peter, who normally doesn't make service calls, to come by and look at the problem. He fixed one of my problems that day and diagnosed my other problem. He made a couple of suggestions to help my system to work faster and easier, which I went with. I ended up ordering a new receiver from him, since mine was a dinosaur. Another tech, Zander, came back to install everything and set up my new universal remote. They were both wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. Peter called me the day after the installation to see if I had any questions. I really appreciated that. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

Fantastic experience! I had something minor wrong with my home theater setup, and Peter called me within minutes of my posting to Home Advisor and was able to diagnose it over the phone and walk me through fixing it, all for a very reasonable charge and a tiny fraction of what a couple of other companies had quoted me for sending someone out to my house. Definitely recommend.

Two gentlemen were sent from "defined entertainment" to reposition my brand-new TV with its new accompanying wall- mount. This was no easy feat and they performed a stellar job given the short timeframe of billable hours (2) that they had to work within, whose job also required a complete overhaul of reprogramming A brand-new remote control to be compatible with every feature of the surroundsound system I possess. These lads or friendly, efficient, and true geniuses of their trade!!!

Service was prompt and the technician efficient and helpful. The estimated was efficient and told us what we needed to do prior to service.
