Definitive Home Improvements was recommended by a friend, and as soon as we met Frankie Caldone (the owner), we knew his company was our choice for our renovations! He listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, and built a beautiful bathroom out of a large closet. They also remodeled our old bathroom, as well as put siding on the front of our house. We get so many compliments on their quality of work. Frankie and his workers were prompt, courteous and very neat, and gave us everything we asked for - such a pleasure to have in our home! We highly recommend Definitive to make your renovation a dream come true!

Frank was top notch. He was always on time (even though I wasn't) ready to go for the day. We asked for a lot to be done. Walls were moved, plumbing moved. It was a pretty drastic remodel and Frank was able to do all of it and some. His work and that of his crew is great and the bathroom looks gorgeous. They were also very NEAT. Every day they left they made sure that my house wasn't a complete mess. I totally appreciate that. Any questions we had he was always very prompt in addressing them and answering them adequately. I will definitely be using Definitive again for other work that is necessary throughout my home. Frank always said he wants to be our contractor for life, well he's got it!

We hired Frank to do a bathroom renovation for us, and were so impressed with his work ethic and quality of craftmanship, that we also hired him to do electrical work, kitchen tile floor, living room laminate wood floor, and installation of kitchen cabinets! He and his crew (Pete & CJ, excellent workers), were both professional and friendly, and we had absolutely no issues with any of the work performed. They were reliable and worked quickly to help us through a very tight time frame. We are so happy that we met Frank and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I've bin in construction for 10+ years now an it bin great working with Frank and his crew. There very respectful and knowledgeable contractors. They've helped me out on a whole house renovation. Excellent workmanship and service. Frank and Mike arrived promptly to begin work and did a superior job of installing closet doors. All of the walls had to be built down to accommodate standard doors. They were efficient and cleaned everything after they were finished.

They were not only very professional but they were very courteous. They went about their work with pride and confidence. I didn't have to watch over them while they worked. DHI aka Frank and Mike where the most artistic reliable professional-and very reasonable-renovation experts I ever met. For a very fair price they added great value to my home they show up when they say they will something that most people know is un-heard of. They have artistic creative ideas to renovate not only tile any room you need fixing. They offer options as far as what you can afford vs. What they can do for you And what they can do for you is FABULOUS. Personally I liked and trusted them immediately and rightfully so. I gave them cart blanche to turn a disaster beautiful they did firm price no phony estimates.
