This is a terrible company. They take no accountability for their work. I had a new roof installed a couple years ago and we have had 3 problems. Multiple leaks and wood rot have been the result. Pulling teeth to get them to come repair. Now a portion of shingles have flown off. We had a 2nd opinion tell us the they used too much pressure on the nail gun which causes the shingles to easily break off at the nail point. They refuse to come fix the problem and we have now had to get an attorney involved for the 2nd time to get them to repair. Unfortunately my neighbor used them as well and also had a major leak that caused wood rot that they refused to repair. They also put a lien on my house and took a long time to remove it. Which caused a delay when I refinanced our mortgage. There are better roofing companies out there. Donâ t use this company.

Two years ago, after Hurricane Ian, I hired Dehlinger Construction to fix a roof leak in my garage. Their inspector, Shannon, identified a hole and the team repaired it, replacing some shingles. Recently, after Hurricane Milton, the same leak reappeared, causing drywall damage. Dehlinger sent Luke, a technician, who said the original issue was misdiagnosed, as Flex Seal had been used to cover the actual problem. Luke disagreed with their process of sending inspectors instead of repair techs. When I contacted Shannon, she was defensive and claimed the warranty had expired. Later, the owner, Drew Dehlinger, emailed, stating the company was too busy and suggested I find another roofer. Despite their reviews, Dehlinger failed to fix the original issue and refused to correct it, showing neither reliability nor integrity. Be cautious when dealing with this company.

We had them put metal on roof not shingles ! WE thought they were a great team!! James Lacy and his crew were Great! Order Metal on Friday, Started removing Shingles on Saturday and Sunday by my Request, Started the following Saturday and it was done by Sunday afternoon, Again by my Request ( I wanted to be there)! A few small things were all done and the Roof Inspected by the County by Tuesday! It Looks Great!! Would like to say Thank You ! Clay Rector Construction

I have owned and replaced 3 roofs in my lifetime. Clay Rector roofing is more than "just a new roof" it is high quality performance and workmanship. They worked around my schedule, not their own, it was such a convenience to me. It was finished, cleaned up within the 2 days as promised. The roofers, were polite, respected my property and I as a customer. What I appreciated most were there was no sales pressure at all. I did my homework and had several offers. But, with others I always seemed as if they were pressuring me, knowing I was a single women. I could tell the moment I met them for the estimate I was in good hands. The estimate was fair and the quality of work was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to others out there looking for a good solid roof that will out last others. These men are craftsmen, not just your ordinary roofers. Hire Clay, he is local in Leesburg, and I can't say enough great stuff about him and his staff Thank You Clay !

We actually hired Clay to replace our entire roof with 25 yr shingles. He and his staff were attentive and courteous. We had our initial meeting earlier then scheduled which was great. They were honest and friendly. Local people with experience.

They responded right away to my request here. Their workmanship was very thorough and cleaned up very well. It appears that they take great pride in their work. Their salesman was also very honest and friendly. A pure joy to have worked with. A great company to hire. I would recommend them to anyone.
