Dekker Pool & Spa Service

Great. Hard workers.

Prior to Dekker taking over my pool, we had a a bad experience with inconsistent and insubstantial service. Once this company took over, my pool has never looked better. The come every week, spend time cleaning the pool, and even took the time to come multiple times in a week to resolve the previous issues. They are very honest and knowledgeable.

Great communication and customer service.

My pool and spa were completely green. The other company I was using didn't show up for a couple weeks. Dekker came to the rescue on a Tuesday and I was swimming by Friday. They came three times that week, even the owner came one of those days. My pool has been crystal clear since. I'll give another review in a few months

Nice guy did a great job

So far so good. Ted was on time and communicates with me about my pool. He has been extremely helpful.

Probably the most honest young man I have ever met and his service was fantastic. I will refer him to everyone that I know.

He vacuumed about half of the tiny rocks and pebbles out but missed the other half and then brushed the pool. With all the cloudiness I could not see that while vacuuming my pool he dumped a bunch of long grass or something that doesn't grow around here. I guess he should empty the vacuum bag between jobs. He was quick to take the money and split. I should have expected it, when I called he asked me to txt him my address but I forgot. When I called him later he said I never txt him my address, I guess in the real world a business would have followed up but he must have more work than he needs.

This was my first exp. on Home Adviser.com so I wasn't sure what to expect. Ted Dekker came out to bid our repair project. He was prompt, on time, gave us a fair bid and completed the job a day earlier than expected. Really an all-around great experience - which is unusual with repair folks. Couldn't recommend Ted and Dekker Pool and Spa Svc. more highly.

The cleanup work of the excess grout was poor and this material went to my filter and I had to clean the brand new paper cartridge filter.
