Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Inc., was founded by Bob Dello-Russo in 1983 with an unyielding pledge to provide consumers, builders, and commercial clients with exceptional customer service. We have since become the largest residential heating and air conditioning company in Florida by upholding our mission to exceed every customer's expectations. Del-Air has over 400 fully stocked trucks staffed with expertly trained, manufacturer-certified technicians. We are committed to giving our customers a quote within 10 minutes and installation the next day. We provide 24/7 service and never charge an overtime fee. As of January 2016, Del-Air became a 100% employee-owned company so now every person you deal with at Del-Air is an owner. We will continue to build on the core principles that Bob Dello-Russo used to guide the business which are to always do quality work and commit to 100% customer satisfaction.

I had Del Air replace our old AC unit with a new Trane and new ducts throughout the house. Our sales specialist was Rodney Sinkfield. Rodney is very nice and promptly came to our house for an estimate. His calm, down to earth demeanor was refreshing. No pressure selling. The work done during the installation was top notch. Angel was the foreman of the group. Angel is very nice, charismatic, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and concerns. They had Del Air work vans that were equipped with everything they needed and looks professional. The installation took a few days and at the end of each day, they cleaned up everything perfectly. About a week after installation, we needed to have some adjustments made to balance air flow in our house. Angel and his helper were quick to come back and fix the issue. The new unit and ducts have made a tremendous improvement to the comfort of our house. Our old ducts were very dirty and caused a musty smell inside the house. The new ducts have fixed the musty smell and the house overall is cooler and more comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Del Air and the employees we dealt with. I sincerely hope management reads this review and gives proper credit to Rodney Sinkfield, Angel and his regular helper( sorry, didn't get his name) and all the other guys who worked on our installation. I will recommend Del Air to anyone and by the way, several of our neighbors noticed the work being done at our house and asked about it. Hope this will bring more business to you. Thank you!

Del-Air came to my aid within an hour of my call. I felt the diagnostic fee and servicing was priced fairly. The technician (Charles), was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue. I would use Del-Air again. Thank you HomeAdvisor!

Prompt and on time. Found the problem. Compressor fan had seized and needed replacement. He replaced the fan and cleaned the coils. He also showed me how to clean coils in the future in order to prolong the life of the fan. All in about 1&1/2 hours.

There was no sales trick or anything. I got straight answers to my questions and the installation was completed the next day with some extra work. To my surprise it was the same company who installed the original AC unit 14 years ago when the house was built. I definitely recommend them.

While the service man was awesome - the labor cost was ridiculous. The part was under warranty but they charged $301 for 30 mins of labor. So they are getting $600 an hour for labor! Perhaps they all charge that I dont know. Seems like a lot to me..

I had to replace both heat/ac units. I shopped around and Del-Air was the best quality and price. I have lived in the Central Florida area since '03 and know the Del-Air name. Will definately use them again in the future.
